By accessing or using any services provided by Bellatrix K9 Training Inc. ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Bellatrix K9 Training Inc. offers the following services:

* Board & Train Programs

* In-Person Private Training

* Virtual Training

* Online Community Subscription

All services are provided under a separate Dog Training Service Agreement, which outlines session structure, payment, responsibilities, and cancellation policies.

2. Booking & Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe, PayPal, or eTransfer.Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.All training agreements must be signed within 10 days to secure your rate and availability. Rates are subject to change after this period.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel any session.Missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable and may be forfeited.

4. Refunds

No refunds will be issued once a program or session is booked.

5. Liability

Bellatrix K9 Training Inc. is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from the application of training techniques taught in-person, virtually, or through our online resources.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to actively participate in the training process, including submitting weekly progress videos and practicing between sessions as applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, including digital downloads and video content, are the property of Bellatrix K9 Training Inc. and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

8. Use of Testimonials & Media

Client Consent: By signing the Dog Training Service Agreement, you agree that Bellatrix K9 Training Inc. may use any images, video, written testimonials, or verbal feedback provided by you (or captured during training sessions) for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes, including on our website, social media platforms, and printed materials. You may withdraw this consent at any time by providing written notice.By participating in our programs, clients grant Bellatrix K9 Training Inc. the right to use photos, videos, testimonials, and other content submitted for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to allow this, please notify us in writing.

9. Age Restrictions

Services may be booked by individuals of any age, however, those under the age of 18 should have a parent or guardian involved in the agreement and communication process.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
